A Little About The Show

Woodard Family Lights presents a Christmas themed light show each year in Madison, Alabama.  The show began in 2013 with just a few channels of traditional incandescent Christmas light strings synchronized to music.  Over the past few years, it has grown to now consist of approximately 17,000 individual controllable lights.  

The show is located at 228 Knotting Place, Madison, AL.

If you come to view the lights, we ask you to follow a few simple guidelines:
  • Do not block traffic or driveways.  We do not want to inconvenience our neighbors any more than necessary.
  • Turn off you headlights while viewing the show.  This prevents other viewers from having headlights in their eyes.
  • Do not enter the yard.  There are a lot of cables and wires that are required to run the show.  They are a tripping hazard and you could get injured or damage hardware in the show.  
  • Tune your radio to 97.1 FM to hear the music, but please keep your radio volume to a reasonable volume.
